Description:
Our AS table top shuttle
type heat sealer is designed
for small to medium volume
production requirements.
This sealer may be used for
conventional carded
blisters, full face blisters
and half-clamshell styles as
well as applications using
foils and other heat
sealable lid stock. The AS
sealer is available in one
(1) standard sealing area of
10 x 12 inches. This high
quality sealer is ideal for
start up companies, back up
equipment, cellular
production lines or low
volume in-house packaging.
The AS sealer is a one (1)
operator shuttle type sealer
utilizing quick-change
sealing fixtures.
Operation:
An operator loads the
blister(s), product(s) and
blister card(s) into the
sealing fixture. The
shuttle tray is pushed into
the machine and the
automatic sealing cycle is
initiated by a micro
switch. At the end of the
short sealing cycle the
shuttle tray is pulled back,
the finished package(s)
removed and the process is
repeated.
